Job purpose

The role will support GTB Channels in contributing to corporate digital banking channel initiatives, developing impactful digital marketing and communication materials, and conducting market and competitor research. The role offers practical exposure to digital banking, customer experience, business analysis, and channel transformation within Corporate Banking.

Key Result Areas

• Support digital channel enhancements across corporate web, mobile banking H2H and API platforms.
• Engagement with fintech and third-party vendors and evaluating digital solutions for our clients.
• Develop high-quality presentations, communication materials, infographics, newsletters, and customer-facing content for GTB channel initiatives.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, customer journeys, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support user testing, feedback collection, and validation of new channel features and enhancements.
• Conduct research on digital banking trends, fintech developments, market opportunities, and competitor offerings.
• Support webinars, product launches, customer communications, and internal awareness campaigns.
• Contribute to other digital banking and strategic initiatives based on business requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Fresh Graduate
• Demonstrated interest in digital banking, fintech, customer experience, or financial services.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with content creation, data visualization, or digital marketing tools would be an advantage.
