You will be responsible for handling all processing tasks related to credit card applications & returned mail handling, included but not limited to documents verification, fraud detection, AML name screening and subsequent control checking.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform daily credit card processing, including data verification, conduct preliminary document screening, AML checking and all credit card processing related routines
Perform outbound calls to customers to follow up the outstanding documents for credit card applications
Register returned mail records and perform outbound calls to customers to confirm the correctness of the address, maintenance the address record in bank system
Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Incumbent Requirements:
Post-secondary or above with at least 1-year customer service or call center experience in banking or financial institution
Knowledge in card products and operation workflow will be an added advantage.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
PC literacy is an advantage
Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer)
