Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support on CPFIS/SRS products for corporate action events
  • Ensure processing timeliness and accuracy meet agreed SLA consistently
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to regulatory and internal control requirements
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to review processes and identify opportunity to streamline the operational workflow and improve overall efficiency
  • Tracking and capturing of key operations MIS for management report
  • Collaborate closely with various functions to review queries, complaints, operational problems to ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
  • Support business plans and adhoc duties assigned by the Head of Department

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Actions processing
  • Knowledgeable with investment products (e.g., equity, fixed income, unit trust)
  • Familiar with various mandatory / voluntary corporate action events across asset classes
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organised and proactively provide suggestions for processing improvements
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Quick learner and able to multi-task
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented with good risk awareness
  • Open to 1 year contract role
