Job Description

• Promote HKSTP Incubation and Acceleration Programmes and portfolio companies to the wider community leveraging internal and external resources and networks
• Be a key member of the team in organising engagement events and activities for Science Park mentors, alumni and startups
• Handle enquiries
• Contribute to preparation of marketing materials and statistical reports
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement programme support, or marketing and event management, preferably in Innovation & Technology industry or a startup environment
• Innovative, dynamic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and is able to work under tight schedule
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), design tools (Canva) and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
