Job Description

Quality Assurance

• Participate in conducting Quality Assurance internal audits throughout ANS in line with the ANS QMS manual and UAE CARs compliance requirements.
• Compile write-ups, review and edit to match the written documents with the criteria of the application standards.
• Contribute to making plans for developing the ANS quality management system for implementing Business Excellence.
• Plan day to day activities focusing on quality assurance initiatives. Plan, look after, monitor, and assure the implementation of the ANS Quality Management Manual.

Internal and External Audit

• Coordinate and review internal/external audit reports. Assess gaps and weaknesses in ANS Quality management system and develop countermeasures identifying continuous improvement initiatives through internal/external audit triggers.
• Monitor the audit findings, observations and recommendations with ANS units and ensure timely and efficient corrective and preventive actions are in place.
• Participate in pre-audit planning and preparation, audit conduct and post audit activities including review audit reports to ensure that the relevant action plans are undertaken within ANS. Monitor and report on progress to ensure that gaps are closed.

System Compliance

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of a compliance management system to support the organization towards the desired continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance Methods and Techniques

• Establish techniques within the available methodology, and develop improve the effectiveness of the ANS Quality Management System.
• Support the continuous improvement activities to the overall system in line with international best practices and standards.

Policies, Procedures and Manuals

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of relevant manuals to ensure that all the required information are captured for external and internal users.
• Participate in process optimization and continuous monitoring to the ANS Quality KPIs.
• Align all processes, polices and manuals with GCAA approved documents.
• Identify and recommend procedures and workflow improvements.

Analysis and Monitoring

• Perform data analysis, identify improvement opportunities by identifying barriers and root causes of issues and service with view to enhancing the overall assurance performance.
• Monitor the enhancements of post implementation actions proposed within the quality assurance process.

Quality Assurance Standards

• Ensure that all internal standards are in line with national and international ANS Quality standards.
• Research best practices to impact ANS quality assurance initiatives and utilisation standards.
• Update job knowledge by studying trends and developments in quality assurance, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and participating in professional organisations.
• Provide effective communication regarding challenges, objectives, initiatives and performance of ANS quality assurance process.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• A degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent with good knowledge of process management, CARs and understanding of ISO standards.
• 1 – 3 years of Experience within a similar environment
