The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Office & Facility Associate to join the Workplace Enablement Services (WES) global team at EY Global Delivery Services in Budapest, supporting our growing office environment. If you are committed and engaged to work in Facility management, combined with administration field, enjoy helping to resolve problems and to provide our colleagues with a smoothly working back office, we have a perfect place for you. The role works within a fast-changing environment taking place to the various processes. This is an opportunity to broaden your experience with challenging your existing skills working within a large and multi country organization.

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office space, associated equipment, and administrative processes. In this role, you will take ownership of selected projects, contribute to process improvements, and ensure a safe, effective, and well-maintained working environment. The role requires regular on-site presence in the office; working from home is only occasional and based on circumstances.

As a part of the WES Team you will:

• Manage and coordinate office orders, purchases, and vendor relationships, including service providers
• Take a lead role in company car and fleet administration
• Oversee and maintain the mobile phones register and other fixed assets
• Track and manage office correspondence and documentation
• Actively coordinate operational tasks of the office, including minor facility maintenance issues
• Support event management and coordinate corporate meetings and visits
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and support management projects in administration and facility areas

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in facility or administration management
• Communication-level English and Hungarian language knowledge
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to identify improvements in daily routines and adapt to technological changes
• Problem-solving skills, ability to set priorities, and manage own time efficiently
