Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead therapy provision at a specialist school in Chigwell, on behalf of a private provider.

This is a leadership role within a therapeutic education setting, offering the opportunity to shape service delivery, mentor junior clinicians, and maintain a hands-on clinical caseload.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality OT services across the school
  • Supervise and support junior therapists
  • Conduct complex assessments and develop advanced intervention plans
  • Collaborate with senior education and care staff
  • Represent OT in multi-agency meetings and contribute to EHCP reviews
  • Drive service development and uphold clinical standards

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in paediatric or SEN settings
  • Proven leadership and supervision experience
  • Advanced knowledge of sensory integration and therapeutic models
  • Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
