Senior Occupational Therapists with empathy and drive to make a difference, in a dynamic and forward-thinking 'Reablement Therapy Service' contributing to a wide range of service areas including Reablement, Equipment and Adaptations and Moving and Handling.
We need a permanent, full time Occupational Therapist to work in North Lancashire ( Fylde and Wyre) as part of our Adult Services Short Term Support Service, Occupational Therapy team.

Reablement Teams focus on working closely with our 'Reablement Provider', other Lancashire County Council teams ICAT as well as collaborative working with our local 'Community Health & Social Care' partners to prevent hospital admission and promote independence.

Occupational Therapy applicants must be registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) to be appointed as an Occupational Therapist or have applied to register with the HCPC.
