Hearth (NDIS Registered Provider)

About Hearth (NDIS Registered Provider)

We offer a fresh and innovative approach to disability services. Hearth is a registered NDIS Provider of Support Workers, Allied Health, Positive Behaviour Support and Supported Independent Living services across Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria (Bendigo). Several aspects of the “Hearth Approach” set Hearth apart from a more traditional provider. Specialist services include daily personal activities, community access, allied health and supported independent living (Hearth Home Solution or SIL in SDA).

Established in 2017 by Justin Scanlon based on his lived experience with his son Tristan, his mission was to create a client centred organisation that could deliver goal orientated, responsive, high quality, hassle free 24/7 365 day disability care offering one to one support.

In 2020 Hearth expanded into Hearth Housing for people with a disability and in 2021 it has expanded into Hearth Allied Health to assist Hearths holistic approach to support.

“At Hearth, we strive to be a driving force for positive change within the disability sector and to create an environment that nurtures and supports both our clients and employees.” (Founder Justin Scanlon)
