    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We are seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to
    lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing department.

    Working closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary
    teams, you will be responsible for supporting a skilled nursing workforce,
    ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate and evidence-based patient care,
    maintaining strong clinical governance and compliance standards, and driving
    continuous service improvement.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead,
      support and supervise the nursing team across day-to-day clinical
      operations
    • Ensure
      safe, effective and person-centred care is delivered to patients
    • Manage
      nursing rosters, staffing requirements and workforce planning
    • Support
      recruitment, onboarding, training, development and performance management
    • Promote
      a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement
    • Work
      closely with psychiatrists, medical directors, clinic managers and
      executive leadership
    • Maintain
      compliance with relevant clinical, regulatory, accreditation and
      organisational standards
    • Support
      the implementation and improvement of clinical policies, procedures and
      workflows
    • Monitor
      service quality, patient experience and nursing performance indicators
    • Physically
      engage with interstate nursing teams through quarterly travel to VIC, QLD
      and ACT

    ABOUT YOU

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Current
      AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
    • Minimum
      5 years’ post-registration nursing experience
    • Previous
      leadership experience as a NUM, ANUM, CNS, Team Leader or senior nurse
    • Recent
      experience in mental health, addiction services, behavioural health or
      psychiatric settings
    • Strong
      leadership capability with the ability to work autonomously and
      collaboratively
    • Experience
      in recruitment, rostering, staff development and performance management
    • Understanding
      of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, Ketamine or Esketamine treatment,
      and/or psychedelic treatment programs
    • Excellent
      communication, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
    • Strong
      commitment to confidentiality, professional integrity and high clinical
      standards
    • Inclusive
      and respectful approach to diversity, patient dignity and person-centred
      care
    • Ability
      to travel interstate once per quarter to engage with nursing teams

    LOCATION

    This role is based in our Sydney CBD clinic, located near
    Town Hall and just metres from the QVB, with occasional interstate travel to
    support our broader clinic network.
