Join our team as a Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist and play a vital role in delivering accurate, high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports exceptional patient care. In this advanced role, you will operate nuclear medicine equipment with expert proficiency, ensuring safe, precise, and efficient examinations. Primary duties include:
•Conduct patient interviews, communicating clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages to explain procedures, provide reassurance, and promote a positive experience.
•Prepare, perform quality control, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceutical compounds.
•Handle, prepare, witness, and administer adjunctive medications under direct physician supervision.
•Perform patient imaging and therapeutic procedures, including computer processing and image enhancement.
•Provide coverage at community sites such as Santa Monica and Santa Clarita.
Note: this position will have varying start times. Your shift may start as early as 6:00am or as late as 10:00am.
Salary Range: $63.85/hour - $84.22/hour
•NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification
•California Nuclear Medicine Technologist License (CDPH RHB)
•California CT Technologist License – highly preferred
•Ability to provide coverage at community sites, such as Santa Monica and Santa Clarita.
