We’re looking for a Senior Node.js Developer to join a team that builds and maintains a robust and fast, cloud-based platform in the FinTech space using the latest technologies.
In this role, you’ll help shape backend services that ensure real-time communication, data consistency, and seamless integrations - focusing on performance, reliability, and clean architecture.

The project you'd be joining is for a platform delivering best-in-class financing and software products for sustainable solutions form solar panels to roofing and windows.
Design, build, test, and maintain cloud-native backend services, primarily in serverless architecture on AWS;
Develop robust and scalable APIs using Node.js, integrating with both SQL databases and third-party services;
Implement and manage real-time features using WebSockets;
Maintain high standards around performance, observability, security, and fault tolerance;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features;
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic technical decisions;
Apply best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and software delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience);
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development;
Strong hands-on experience with:
AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.);
Node.js in a production environment;
Serverless architecture & frameworks;
SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL);
WebSockets for real-time features.
Solid understanding of software architecture and distributed systems;
Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with DevOps practices;
A problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement;
Professional English level, strong verbal and written communication skills.
