Senior Newsletter Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Responsibility for all B2C E-Mail marketing as well as B2B newsletters – from topic planning to reporting
  • Responsibility for measures to acquire and activate members of the Privilege Club
  • Development of innovative ideas for customer communication and deriving actionable recommendations and business cases
  • Independent management of CRM projects in digital communication and loyalty, in close cooperation with relevant departments
  • Planning and coordination of targeted omni-channel campaigns (e.g. E-Mail, WhatsApp, POS)
  • Tracking relevant KPIs, running A/B tests, and continuously improving existing campaigns
  • Product and process ownership for the email automation tool Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Management and further development of the central customer database Salesforce Core Cloud
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Analysis of market trends in email marketing, loyalty, and AI

Your profil

  • Completed university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in CRM, email marketing or loyalty
  • Solid knowledge of email marketing, customer loyalty management, and cross-channel communication
  • Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Confident use of tools such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and attribution models
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMPScript is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high technical affinity
  • Good sense for trends, customer needs, and target groups
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a hands-on mindset
  • Interest in fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle topics
