Job Description

• Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers, network devices and firewalls. ● Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems ● Provide local site administration of IT infrastructure: Server, security, networking, storage systems, and desktops. ● Configure, Administer and support core Microsoft, AWS cloud & Cisco. ● Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESXI & Microsoft HyperV. Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans ● Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment. ● Define and document best practices and support procedures. ● Work with development team to research, design and implement new services and technologies for scaling our growing data sets and build pipeline, for performance improvement and developer workload reduction ● Develop and implement infrastructure DR procedures ● Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance. ● Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation. ● Collaborate with other offices and territories to plan and implement new technology. ● Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor evaluation, recommendation and negotiations ● Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies. ● Carry out special IT tasks at Management's direction. ● Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required. Requirements ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science/IT (or related area) 5+ Years relevant experience ● Microsoft Certifications or equivalent certifications in relevant programs preferred ● Advanced knowledge of Windows Servers & desktop Operating Systems ● A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking ● Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional -CCNA, CCNP preferred Benefits Medical Insurance Paid Leaves Quarterly bonuses Opportunity to work with a team of talented individuals.
