## **Job Title:** Senior Network Security Engineer (Forcepoint & Zscaler Expert)

### **About the Role:**

ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC is looking for a highly skilled **Senior Network Security Engineer** with **extensive experience in Forcepoint and Zscaler**, especially in **CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker), Proxy**, and **Secure Web Gateway (SWG)**.

The ideal candidate should have **hands-on expertise in SWG technologies in both Zscaler (ZIA) and Forcepoint (Web Security Cloud/On-Prem)**, as well as in **migration and implementation from Zscaler to Forcepoint**, and be available for immediate joining.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the **migration and implementation process from Zscaler to Forcepoint**, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.

* Configure, deploy, and manage **Forcepoint and Zscaler security solutions**, particularly focusing on **CASB, Proxy**, and **SWG functionalities**.

* Assess and optimize existing network security architecture to ensure compliance with industry best practices.

* Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in designing **secure web gateways**, **cloud security**, and **data protection strategies**.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues related to **proxy services, SWG**, **cloud security**, and **network traffic filtering**.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security policies and configurations with business requirements.

* Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and performance tuning for Forcepoint and Zscaler solutions.

* Create and maintain technical documentation, migration plans, and standard operating procedures.

* Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in **SWG**, **CASB**, **proxy security**, and **cloud security implementation**.

### **Required Skills & Experience:**

* **Extensive expertise in Forcepoint and Zscaler security solutions**, with a strong focus on **CASB, Proxy**, and **Secure Web Gateway (SWG)**.

* Proven experience in **migration and implementation from Zscaler to Forcepoint** in enterprise environments.

* Deep understanding of **secure web gateways**, **cloud security**, and **data loss prevention (DLP)**.

* Strong knowledge of **network security protocols**, **web filtering**, **SSL inspection**, and **policy enforcement**.

* Experience in **troubleshooting and optimizing security appliances**, network configurations, and security policies.

* Familiarity with industry security frameworks such as **NIST**, **CIS**, and **ISO 27001**.

* Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

* Excellent **communication and documentation skills**.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

* Certifications in **Forcepoint or Zscaler** (e.g., **ZIA**, **Forcepoint Web Security Cloud**).

* Experience with cloud security solutions such as **Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps**, **Netskope**, or **Palo Alto Prisma Access**.
