Our operations team is responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and availability of large-scale network infrastructure. Work night shift 18:00 - 2:00.

A Senior Network Operations Engineer joins a skilled 24x7 team ensuring reliability, performance, and availability of large-scale network infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams supports CDN and cloud compute platforms while driving improvements in network observability and operational excellence.

As a Senior Network Operations Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security across all systems and components.
• Troubleshooting complex network issues and coordinating resolution efforts to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
• Leading and supporting the resolution of critical technical incidents effectively and efficiently to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Providing expertise during incident response and conducting operational reviews to ensure thorough analysis and effective resolution.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining alerts, runbooks, dashboards, and monitoring solutions to enhance fault detection and operational visibility effectively.
• Developing and maintaining operational tools, automation, and technical documentation to support extensive network infrastructure effectively and efficiently.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Have relevant hands-on experience operating and supporting large-scale network environments.
• Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Possess strong expertise in IP networking, routing, and switching; CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
• Have experience operating and troubleshooting service provider networks and Internet routing protocols, including BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Have experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries.
