Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior architects, engineers, and other team members.
Network Implementation: Oversee the implementation of network solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex network issues, identify and remediate performance bottlenecks, and ensure optimal network performance.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various teams, including IT, business, and vendors, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and performance metrics.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest network technologies and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications:
Location -- Onsite
Education -- Bachelor's degree in computer science, networking, engineering, or a related field or an equivalent amount of hands-on experience.
Experience -- Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or
-- Minimum of 8 years of IT infrastructure experience without a degree.

Hands‑on experience designing and supporting large‑scale enterprise and datacenter networks.
Strong understanding of high‑availability design, redundancy models, and fault‑tolerant architectures.
Cisco & Fortinet Networking & Security
Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco and Fortinet switches, routers, firewalls, wireless LAN controllers, and access points in enterprise environments.
Advanced Routing & WAN Technologies
In‑depth knowledge of BGP, dynamic routing protocols, SD‑WAN architectures, and multi‑path WAN designs.
Network Security & Access Control
Strong security mindset with experience implementing 802.1X, AAA (RADIUS/TACACS+), and secure access models.
Understanding of Zero Trust principles as applied to enterprise networking.
