CP One Japan operates the "Rocket Now" brand food delivery service in Japan, leveraging Coupang's technological capabilities and innovative logistics solutions to provide fast, reliable, and customer-oriented food delivery services to Japanese consumers.

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage corporate office network infrastructure supporting Coupang’s global operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of network environments while collaborating closely with Security, IT Infrastructure, and End-User Technology teams.
The position involves network deployment, operations support, performance optimization, and advanced troubleshooting to maintain a reliable and efficient network experience across all corporate locations.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support scalable and resilient network infrastructure for corporate offices
Implement and manage enterprise Wi‑Fi solutions to ensure optimal user experience
Manage and support WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and network interconnectivity for seamless connectivity
Proactively monitor network health and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues
Provide support for site-level network incidents and user-impacting issues
Generate periodic operational and performance reports
Manage incident, change, and capacity planning processes
Support office expansions, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades
Collaborate with Infrastructure, End-User Technology, and Unified Communications teams
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of site networks

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSA, or equivalent
5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and support
Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts
Hands-on experience with Cisco Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and ISE
Working knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls
Solid understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control
Strong network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in multinational corporate environments
Ability to operate effectively in high-paced, cross-cultural settings
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
