As a Senior Network Engineer, you’ll play a key role on a high-visibility, fast-paced program supporting multiple organizations from a centralized environment. You’ll tackle complex challenges, influence network strategy, and mentor the next generation of engineers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading advanced network troubleshooting and problem resolution
Analyzing and optimizing network performance, latency, and throughput
Designing and implementing scalable, secure network architectures
Working with technologies such as:
Routing protocols & BGP
Policy-based routing & traffic shaping
IPSec tunneling & NAT
Firewalls, load balancing, and WAN optimization
Evaluating and integrating emerging networking technologies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-driven solutions
Mentoring junior engineers (Levels 0–2) and ensuring engineering excellence
12–15 years of network engineering experience (or equivalent expertise)
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
Strong experience in network design, optimization, and security
CCNA and CCNP certifications required
Proven ability to lead technical efforts and mentor teams
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
