Job Responsibilities

• Instrumental part of network operation team responsible for the network and security infrastructure components in all data centers and ELV rooms.
• Manage the Network / Security services in providing support to the 24x7 business operation, provide timely remote/on-call support on major network / security infrastructure issues during off hours.
• Manage the team provide support install, configure network / security equipment.
• Support for network & system and end point equipment for infrastructure security.
• Support and maintain network / security risk and remediation.
• Actively monitor and resolve network activity, Security vulnerability.
• Follow established operation processes and participate in regular process review.
• Provide support to IT support team in resolving issue associated with the network and security components.
• Report and track network and follow up on network & vulnerability incidents till resolution.
• Escalate any unsolved issues to the management on a timely manner.
• Manage and update service standards as defined in SLAs.
• Support project team and vendor in implementing new solution and enhancements.
• Work with Corporate team on latest technologies and processes that improve the overall security of the system.
• Maintain updated documentation and upkeep of knowledge base.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
• Degree in Business or Technology related curriculum preferred.
• Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Formal training and certification in Network & Security Management & Design.

Experience
• Strong experience with network security, firewall configuration, network access control and management, switching and routing configuration.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience on network and security support.

Other Prerequisites
• Self-starter, experienced managing a workgroup for network / security services
• Experience in network hardware / software troubleshooting / performance tuning.
• Strong experience in network security, firewall support, maintenance & troubleshooting support.
• Strong experience in vulnerability assessment and remediation.
• Experience supporting and maintain a medium to large scale network.
• Experience in multi-vendor products - HP, Cisco, Brocade routers and switches, Proxy Appliances, Load Balancer, Firewall, Network Security Appliances
• Strong experience with cross vendor network security products, Antivirus, Security Information Management Tool, Vulnerability scanning, SIEM and Log management, Network enforcement tools advantages.
• Up to date industrial Knowledge in network security design & implementation.
• Management of major incident recovery and situation reporting.
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and follow up to drive for timely closure.
• Excellent communication with stake holders, senior management members.
