Job Description

The Senior Network Development Analyst plays a critical role in supporting global retail expansion and network optimization across 15+ international markets. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality geospatial and market intelligence analysis to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new clinic locations and support long-term network strategy.

You will be part of a global Network Development team consisting of two team members based in Denmark (Head of Network Development and Project Manager) and two analysts based in Poland. The newly established Poland-based team will serve as the analytical engine of the function, delivering structured, scalable, and high-impact analysis that supports strategic decision-making across global markets. The role requires becoming super-user in the ArcGIS geointelligence software suite, which enables all analysis delivered to markets. Although prior experience in the tool as a plus, it is not required, and you will receive thorough training in this by our team in Denmark.

As the senior analyst in Poland, you will supervise and support the other Network Development Analyst located in Poland while also playing a key role in advancing analytical methodologies, improving efficiency, and scaling the team’s geointelligence capabilities. This role combines hands-on analytical execution with responsibility for strengthening tools, automation, and analytical frameworks that support global retail expansion.

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Conduct end-to-end geointelligence analysis to support greenfield expansion planning and network optimization across global markets
  • Develop expertise in and utilize ArcGIS geointelligence tools as the primary analytical platform
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential new clinic locations using demographic, socioeconomic, competitive, and coverage data
  • Prepare structured market reports with site-level recommendations and long-term strategic insights
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and network performance
  • Develop and improve geospatial market views and mapping tools in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
  • Ensure accuracy, structure, and scalability of global geospatial datasets
  • Improve methodologies, workflows, and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Utilize Python and other automation tools to streamline data processing and reporting
  • Support global strategic initiatives and translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations
  • Supervise and support the Network Development Analyst in Poland, providing coaching and strengthening geospatial capabilities
  • Help build standardized frameworks and contribute to long-term development of the Network Development function
