  • Support partners through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, value positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Enable partners to understand NetSuite’s value proposition, target customer profile, competitive positioning, and sales process.
  • Collaborate with partners to run demand generation activities, campaigns, events, customer workshops, and market development initiatives.
  • Engage directly with customers where required to support opportunity progression and strengthen confidence in Oracle NetSuite.

  • Represent Oracle NetSuite professionally in partner and customer conversations, demonstrating strong business acumen and sales discipline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner sales, new business sales, business development, account management, or software sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales, pipeline, quota, or partner revenue targets.
  • Experience developing new business opportunities through partners, alliances, resellers, system integrators, or indirect sales channels.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Good business acumen, with the ability to understand customer priorities, operational challenges, growth objectives, and technology needs.
  • Consultative selling skills, including discovery, value positioning, objection handling, negotiation, and closing support.
  • Ability to coach, influence, and motivate partners to create pipeline and progress opportunities.
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners, opportunities, campaigns, and internal priorities.
  • Proactive, resilient, and accountable working style, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven cloud applications sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and internal tools to manage pipeline, forecast, partner activity, and customer records.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

What Success Looks Like

  • You strengthen partner productivity by improving enablement, focus, opportunity quality, and sales execution.
  • You help partners position NetSuite clearly and credibly to SMB and mid-market customers.
  • You progress new customer opportunities with strong internal coordination and accurate forecasting.
