Job Description

Scale Tech is looking to hire a Senior .NET Software Engineer on behalf of one of our financial services clients.

You will be joining a product-focused team with end-to-end business responsibilities, working on a platform used daily by bank advisers and customers to book and conduct financial advisory meetings. The team operates with a strong focus on code quality, high availability, and continuous improvement.

Location - Vilnius (on-site)

Contract - b2b/freelance

Hourly rate: 30-45 EUR/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Refactor and reduce complexity of the existing code base

• Maintain, improve, and develop new features

• Design and develop cloud-native systems

• Participate in production releases and incident management

• Write .NET and Java services

• Write tests and ensure strong code quality standards

Must-have requirements:

• .NET – 5+ years of experience

• Dapper

• ASP.NET MVC

• MSSQL / MySQL

• Redis

• ElasticSearch

• Understanding of CI/CD principles

• Strong ownership, accountability, and code quality focus

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Java experience (strong bonus)

• AWS experience

• Azure DevOps familiarity
