We are looking for experienced Senior .NET Software Developers to join Broadridge and help us further develop our Fund Communication Solutions
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027.
Responsibilities
Maintain and extend .NET Web applications in a mature, fast-paced agile development environment, supporting the creation of the next-generation innovative applications and services for the funds industry.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements
Adhere to good design practices and ensure standards are maintained as part of code reviews to ensure secure, robust, maintainable, scalable and extendable applications.
Create wireframes and deliver quality software
Support in applications testing activities to help ensure software quality and maintain a high standard of UI/UX excellence.
Work as part of an agile (scrum) multi-functional systems development team.
Manage work across a variety of projects and different technologies simultaneously
Contribute to all aspects of the implementation, including database, back-end logic and UI
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Experience working as part of a Scrum team and participating in peer programming
5+ years of experience in C#/VB.NET, JavaScript, and T-SQL
Knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Inversion of Control and RESTful Web Services
Experience in some of the following: MVC, WebAPI, .NET Core, HTML5, CSS3, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, and ASP.NET Web Forms
Experience in some of the following JavaScript libraries or frameworks: jQuery, VueJs, TypeScript
Good AI developer experience – Copliot / Agent Skills
Experience with TDD, designing and writing unit tests . and writing, maintaining and tuning SQL Server stored procedures.
Familiarity with UX best practices and web security best practices
Good standard of English.
