Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions built on Microsoft technologies. You will play a key technical leadership role, ensuring code quality, application performance, and long-term maintainability while mentoring other developers and collaborating closely with architects and business analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, and maintain applications using NET Framework and NET Core/.NET 10
• 
  Build scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions in collaboration with the architecture team.
• 
  Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
• 
  Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices.
• 
  Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
• 
  Ensure application quality, performance, security, and reliability.
• 
  Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• 
  Evaluate and integrate new technologies aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Expert-level experience with:
  • 
    C# / .NET (Core, .NET 10)
  • 
    ASP.NET Web API
  • 
    Entity Framework Core
  • 
    ASP.NET MVC
• 
  Strong knowledge of:
  • 
    REST APIs
  • 
    Swagger/OpenAPI
  • 
    SQL Server
  • 
    Unit and Integration Testing
  • 
    Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OIDC, Claims)
• 
  Experience with Blazor is an advantage.
• 
  Strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding practices, and application performance optimization.
• 
  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Languages

• 
  Fluent in French or Dutch (C2 level)
• 
  Good command of English (C1 level)

Work Arrangement

• 
  Hybrid role with at least 2 days per week onsite in Brussels
• 
  Teleworking is permitted within Belgium
