Job Description

Project:

  • There are three main teams: Front Office, Trading Platform, and Core Back End. You will be an additional headcount for the Front Office team to help modernise the current Online Account Opening Module.

Responsibilities:

  • Refactor legacy applications, addressing technical debt and applying modern design principles
  • Able to analyse business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strategic planning, decision making, leadership experience (have experience leading a small team) and will be taking some leadership experience from the lead as well.
  • Reports to the Development Lead from the Front Office team based in Singapore

Must Have:

  • Net Core 7 and above
  • Event Driven
  • Microservices
  • API Integrations
  • AWS

Nice to have / Bonus:

  • Financial Institution experience
  • Tech refresh / Digital Transformation experience

Team / Culture:

  • Collaborate effectively within team and across teams in KL & SG
  • Empowerment, no micromanaging environment and its okay to make mistakes as long as youre trying and learning!
  • Working with a leader has experience delivering high performance team that was from a well known digital banking previously.

Location:

  • Kuala Lumpur - KLCC Office (hybrid working arrangement - 1 day WFH)

Level / Grade:

  • Senior (IC role) At least 5 years and above
