ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for Senior .NET Developers to join a long-term project team in Vilnius. This is an exciting opportunity to work on modern web-based solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies, contributing to scalable, high-performance systems in a collaborative Agile environment.

You will work closely with experienced developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver robust backend services, integrations, and modern user-facing applications. The teams are Lithuanian-speaking, therefore fluent Lithuanian is required for day-to-day communication.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Developing and maintaining web-based applications using C# / .NET 8 and .NET 9.
• Designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.
• Collaborating with frontend developers working with Angular 20.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Participating in system architecture and technical solution discussions.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.
• Working with Azure cloud services and Azure SQL databases.
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# / .NET development.
• Strong experience building web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Grafana, or APM tools.
• Familiarity with Azure, Service Bus, Docker, and Bitbucket.
• Exposure to Azure AI Search or Apache Lucene.
• Good understanding of software development best practices and clean code principles.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Vilnius 4 days per week.
• Fluent Lithuanian language skills (working language within the teams).
• Interest in gaming or video game culture.

SELECTION PROCESS:

• Short introductory interview.
• Coding task for selected candidates.
• Final technical evaluation/discussion.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Immediate start preferred.
• Location: Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Hybrid model: 4 days/week from the office.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 5000 - 7500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
