Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET application development.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
  • Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-availability backend systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
  • Strong understanding of application security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), encryption, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience working on FinTech, digital banking, payment processing, financial platforms, or regulated environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions using .NET technologies.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that support financial applications.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, mobile developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
  • Design database structures and optimize queries to improve system performance.
  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial and customer data.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Participate in system architecture discussions and recommend technical improvements.
  • Review code, mentor development team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Develop automated tests and support CI/CD processes to maintain software quality.
  • Monitor application performance and continuously improve system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
