
IT Corporate is a Nordic IT unit with close to 60 employees and consultants divided into teams. We are responsible for systems and IT solutions for If's corporate units such as Accounting, Cash Management, Marketing, Legal and HR.
To strengthen our support for ongoing business and tech transformation, we are seeking a senior .NET & Azure Developer with strong experience in enterprise integrations. Experience within HR systems, payroll, and employee data integrations is highly meritorious.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior .NET & Azure Developer who will play a crucial role in delivering integration-driven solutions across HR related corporate systems.
This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile way of working to streamline development processes, enhance system reliability, and ensure seamless integration of business-critical data flows.
You will be responsible for:
Designing and developing end-to-end integrations between HR systems, payroll platforms, and surrounding applications
Handling data loading, transformation, validation, aggregation, and output
Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and secure handling of sensitive employee data
Managing data flows and system integrations in Azure environments
Driving technical solutions and architectural decisions
Managing Azure configurations, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines
You are expected to operate at a senior level with high autonomy, contributing to technical direction and continuous improvement.

You also have:
A degree in Computer Science, Systems Science, or equivalent
Extensive experience developing solutions with C#, .NET, Azure, Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Blazor), Data integration (e.g. SSIS or similar)
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, automation), Microsoft server environments and Azure services
Strong experience in designing and implementing robust system integrations and API-based communication in enterprise environments
Experience in agile ways of working
Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle
Experience in HR systems, payroll, or employee data integrations is highly meritorious. In addition handling sensitive personal and compensation data
Fluent in English and Swedish
