As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Senior Account Manager to take strategic ownership of new business in the United States. This role will play a critical part in shaping Grenade’s commercial success in a highly competitive and strategically important market, ensuring PoshNosh achieves accelerated, sustainable growth across key U.S. retail channels.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide strategic leadership for accounts across the United States, delivering robust commercial performance and long‑term growth.
  • Develop and execute a sophisticated U.S. account strategy, ensuring maximum distribution, visibility, and category relevance across grocery, mass, convenience, specialty, and e‑commerce.
  • Drive high‑level commercial negotiations, securing new listings, expanding distribution, and strengthening Grenades position within key national and regional retailers.
  • Cultivate senior‑level relationships with buyers, distributors, brokers, and retail partners, acting as a trusted advisor and champion for the brand.
  • Lead the development of customer‑specific business plans, including promotional frameworks, JBP creation, and strategic activation plans tailored to U.S. market dynamics.
  • Deliver rigorous performance analysis, translating sales data, market insights, and competitive intelligence into clear commercial actions and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Ensure operational excellence, working cross‑functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and international teams to support flawless execution and commercial delivery.
  • Represent Grenade at senior customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows, elevating brand presence and strengthening strategic partnerships.
  • Contribute to the evolution of U.S. commercial capability, supporting the development of best‑practice processes, tools, and ways of working as the business scales.

What You Will Bring

  • A proven track record in consumer goods, health & nutrition, or FMCG, with significant experience managing major U.S. retail accounts at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account leadership, delivering sustained commercial growth and building influential customer partnerships.
  • Deep expertise in the U.S. retail landscape, including category dynamics, retailer expectations, and commercial negotiation frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in JBP development, strategic planning, and high‑value negotiation.
  • A data‑driven, insight‑led approach, with the ability to interpret complex performance metrics and convert them into decisive commercial actions.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and shaping strategic outcomes.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience, agility, and leadership presence required to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the United States to support customer engagement, market execution, and strategic development..
