Are you commercially savvy, data-driven, and passionate about building meaningful partnerships with retail customers? Then this might be the role for you! We’re on the lookout for a Senior National Account Manager – 12-month contract to join our high-performing team based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Senior National Account Manager, you play a critical role in leading the strategy and execution across assigned categories within the Pharmacy Channel on a 12-month contract, playing a key role in shaping our national sales performance. You’ll thrive on turning insights into impact, owning the relationship with our retail partners, and driving results that matter. You will:

  • Take ownership of your categories, driving commercial growth through strong customer relationships and a deep understanding of your brands.
  • Lead the planning and execution of promotional and NPD initiatives aligned to brand and customer strategies.
  • Manage financial and stock forecasting, ensuring accurate trade spend within budget.
  • Run sales reviews and strategy sessions with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and momentum across your portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, category, eCommerce, finance and supply chain—to deliver against shared goals.
  • Deliver actionable insights using data analytics to uncover growth opportunities and maximise ROI.
  • Liaise with retailer planners to influence stock levels, timing, and turn performance.
  • Provide administrative sales support, including the setup of promotions, price reductions, and trade investments.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the business.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a Senior National Account Manager, you’re a confident, driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance strategic thinking with commercial execution. You’ll have a proven ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders, and a track record of delivering results through insight, collaboration, and hustle. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years in National Account Management or a senior commercial role.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with SAP, Business Objects, Nielsen or Aztec is a strong plus.
  • Strong FMCG background and pharmacy channel experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working both independently and in a team.
  • Experience identifying sales trends and turning data into strategy.
  • A commercial mindset with a clear understanding of the drivers behind successful retail partnerships.
