About the role

The Senior National Account Manager will lead the grocery channel, managing relationships with major retailers including Coles, Woolworths, Costco, and QSR. This role is central to driving sales performance, ensuring strong product distribution, and maximising category growth. It’s a chance to work with tier-one partners, influence strategy, and contribute to the long-term success of Pace Farm as one of Australia’s leading FMCG businesses – all from our Norwest office, just a short walk from the metro.

What you’ll do

  • Manage relationships with key National Accounts including Woolworths, Coles, Metcash, Costco, and QSR.
  • Lead customer promotional planning and pricing strategies.
  • Deliver on revenue, margin, and volume targets with full P&L accountability.
  • Use market data, shopper insights, and scan data to drive category growth.
  • Lead category reviews with customers to optimise brand presence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Deliver accurate demand forecasts and promotional plans.
  • Monitor performance and proactively address gaps or opportunities.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution aligned with Pace Farm’s strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in FMCG account management.
  • Proven success managing major retail accounts — Woolworths or Coles is essential.
  • Strong track record in building and maintaining strategic retailer partnerships.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into commercial stories.
  • Proficient in IRI / Nielsen; experience with Quantium or Coles Unify highly regarded.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and communication skills with professional polish.
  • Culturally aligned — collaborative, approachable, and relationship-oriented.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).
  • Confident, credible, and genuine — able to influence with warmth and integrity.
