This is a senior commercial role with full accountability fortheWoolworthsaccountcombining customer leadership, financial ownership andcrossfunctionalinfluence.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Business Manager – Grocery, you will haveendtoendownership ofa large groceryaccount, driving sustainable Net Sales, profit, and trade investment outcomes across our brand portfolio.

As a key growth customer,our customerplays a pivotal role in our strategy.You’lllead the Joint Business Plan, build strong senior relationships with the customer, and translate brand and category strategy into clear, executable commercial plans.You’llalso lead and develop one direct report, strengthening account capability and execution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering sustainable and profitable growthacross thecustomerportfolio

  • Owning and leading the customerJoint Business Plan, including growth levers and execution milestones

  • Building trusted, customer relationshipsandoperatingas a commercial thought partner

  • Owningendtoendaccount performance, including forecasting accuracy and planning discipline

  • Maximising return on trade investmentacross promotions andfixed investment

  • Leading annual andlongrangesales planning, fully integrated with budget and PPR cycles

  • Driving range, distribution and space outcomes through category and range reviews

  • Championing NPD, innovation,shopperandecommerceinitiatives

  • Identifyingand unlocking new growth opportunities across channels and routes to shopper

  • Coaching and developing your direct report to lift account capability and execution quality

About You:

You’rea commercially astute, senior account leader who thrives in complex,fastpacedgrocery environments. You bring strong financial acumen, clarity of thinking and the ability to lead through influence.

You’llalso bring:

  • Proven seniorlevelexperience managinga large groceryaccount

  • Strong commercial and P&L ownership capability

  • High credibility with senior customer stakeholders

  • An effective collaborator,internally and externally, throughlistening,integrityand trust

  • The ability to influencecrossfunctionalteams in a matrix organisation

  • Adrive for results with a focus onplanning,prioritisationandaction

  • Curiosity and capability in using data,analyticsand emerging digital/AI tools to enhance insight anddecisionmaking
