  • Coordinate and be responsible for the designs and workload of staff on the Collingwood Municipal Infrastructure team to support the Manager of Municipal Infrastructure
  • Support and mentor junior and intermediate team members, fostering growth and technical excellence.
  • Review designs/drawings produced by others as part of our Quality Control and Assurance Initiatives
  • Review and support the preparation of tender specifications
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with municipalities and local government staff.
  • Drive project delivery excellence and identify growth opportunities for the Collingwood office.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in municipal infrastructure engineering, preferably in Ontario
  • P.Eng. designation (or eligibility) in Ontario
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills
  • Desire to grow into a team leadership role, with mentorship and succession planning in place; you’re someone who takes initiative, builds trust and inspires collaboration.
