We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer. A Senior Multimedia Designer leads the development of animation assets to support the production’s creative vision. He/She develops complex animation assets for production and mentors a team of animators to perform animation sequences and complex animation techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging multimedia content across various platforms, including video, animation, graphics, and interactive media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in multimedia design, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies into projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and design standards.

Requirements

Key Competencies/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or any related field.
• More than 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• English Fluency
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Experience with design software and graphics editing software
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work within a team.
