Senior Multimedia Designer - DotYeti

Important Note: This position requires flexibility with working hours.

We're seeking a talented Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team and create engaging content that resonates with the audience. You'll work on a variety of projects, from illustrations and social media designs to animations and videos, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand's visual presence.

What you'll do:

• Lead Creative Execution: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact visual solutions.
  
• Multimedia Content Creation: Design and produce product illustrations, social media graphics, digital ads, logos, and other materials for both print and digital use.
  
• Animation & Video: Lead the creation of engaging motion graphics and video content that aligns with brand tone and messaging.
  
• Mentorship & Best Practices: Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers; champion design best practices and consistency across all projects.
  
• Tool Mastery: Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to deliver polished, professional content.

Our ideal candidate:

• Brings 5+ years of experience in multimedia design or a related creative field.
• Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
• Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
• Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• With excellent communication and time management skills.

Bonus Points for:

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
