About the Role

Join John Holland's North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) team as a Senior Multimedia Content Advisor based at Albion VIC, and travelling between our projects across Macleod, Seaford and Melton, as well as other locations as new projects are awarded.

North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) consists of four Alliance partners – John Holland, KBR, MTM, V/Line and the client (LXRP), working together as one team to achieve shared goals.

Since 2017, NWPA has had a proven track record with the successful delivery of 11 level crossing removal projects (20 LX) and several premium stations, with four projects currently in delivery and two in development phase.

This is a maximum-term opportunity with an expected duration of 12 Months. (Parental leave cover)

This specialist videographer role partners with internal and external NWPA teams to deliver impactful digital, communication and engagement initiatives. You'll help drive authentic, timely stakeholder engagement, strengthen the Alliance's reputation, and support the successful delivery of projects for the State.

Role responsibilities

  • Produce engaging video and digital content that informs and connects employees, stakeholders, partners, and the community.
  • Manage end-to-end video production, including planning, filming, editing, storyboarding, sourcing content, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Capture key project milestones and provide video content to support Alliance and project communications.
  • Coordinate external video suppliers, timelapse footage, and content distribution activities.
  • Support internal communications campaigns, staff events, and SharePoint content management.
  • Maintain the video content calendar and contribute to broader communications and engagement initiatives across NWPA and John Holland

About You

  • Relevant degree in Media, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Significant experience in end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, colour grading, subtitling, and multi-platform content delivery.
  • Proven experience across corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and marketing communications.
  • ESSENTIAL: Please include a link to your showreel or online portfolio in your resume.
