We are seeking a highly motivated and technically curious professional to contribute to the development of advanced AI systems by supporting cutting-edge model training, evaluation, and reinforcement learning initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about artificial intelligence, large language models, coding environments, and agentic AI systems, and who enjoy solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced research-driven environment.

As a member of the AI team, you will work on designing, evaluating, and improving AI models through high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, coding tasks, and model evaluation frameworks. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI solutions that enhance model reasoning, performance, and reliability while contributing to next-generation AI capabilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve reinforcement learning environments for AI model training and evaluation.
• Create, validate, and curate high-quality datasets to improve AI model performance and reliability.
• Develop coding tasks, evaluation benchmarks, and agentic workflows that support advanced AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to evaluate model outputs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze AI model performance using structured evaluation methodologies and provide actionable feedback.
• Contribute to the development of scalable AI workflows, automation processes, and evaluation frameworks.
• Support enterprise AI initiatives by building reliable data pipelines and structured annotation processes.
• Continuously monitor emerging AI research, large language model advancements, and best practices in model evaluation.
• Document methodologies, evaluation criteria, and technical findings to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions aligned with evolving project objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Annotation, Research, or related technical fields.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, large language models, reinforcement learning, or model evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming, problem-solving, and analytical thinking with the ability to work on technical AI projects.
• Experience working with coding environments, automation workflows, or AI evaluation frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality technical outputs.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies and research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
