What you will do

• Lead technology transfers from internal and external sources.
• Draft batch records and provide process support for small molecule manufacturing.
• Monitor processes, analyze data, and prepare campaign summaries.
• Support lot release activities, including deviation assessment and process changes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Comply with all regulatory, safety, and sustainability requirements.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment required.
• Strong knowledge of process transfer and validation principles.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
