Papaya Global is a rapidly growing, award-winning B2B tech unicorn revolutionizing the payroll, EOR and payments industry. With over $400M raised from top-tier investors, we offer an innovative, comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, spanning from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and produce marketing videos with a strong sense of animation, storytelling, design, and typography.
  • Bring visual concepts to life through 2D animated videos and create dynamic, engaging motion creatives optimized for digital and mobile platforms.
  • Edit, recut, and transform existing footage into new, compelling video concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all visual assets align with the brand identity and campaign strategy.
  • Estimate project timelines accurately and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure top execution standards across all motion and visual content.
  • Stay up to date with motion design trends, advertising techniques, and emerging creative technologies.

Requirements

  • A Motion Designer with 4+ years of experience creating motion graphics and video content for brands, campaigns, or digital products.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience working in tech companies, with a clear focus on B2B audiences, products, or enterprise-grade marketing.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and basic to intermediate sound-editing skills as part of a complete video-production workflow.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflow: Ability to integrate AI tools such as Midjourney, Suno, Veo 3, and other emerging creative platforms into daily production.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a high-quality online portfolio demonstrating foundations in graphic design, motion principles, and storytelling abilities. (Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.)
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, present, produce, and finalize creative ideas across video and static formats.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Experience managing the full creative pipeline — ideation, scripting, storyboarding, design, animation, editing, and final delivery.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to deliver high-quality content under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
  • On-Set Production Skills: Experience in still photography and video production, including planning and executing shoots, building lighting setups, operating cameras, directing talent, and managing studio equipment.
