Our Mobilisationteamplays an invaluable role preparingour strategic suppliers to support the successful delivery of our first-of-a-kind SMR and future global fleet. We work at the interface of Programme, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Engineering to ensure each major supplier is resourced, aligned and operationally ready to deliver safely,efficientlyand predictably across the full lifecycle.

As we ramp up activities to prepare for our ground-breaking contract wins across Europe, we’relooking for a Senior Mobilisation Manager to lead the mobilisation of one or more of our strategic supply partners and shape supplier relationships, define and implement operating models, lead readiness planning through FOAK and into global scaling, and build our capability to ensure we work effectively with major delivery partners.

Reporting into the Head ofSupplierMobilisation,you’llbe instrumental in embedding ahighperforming, collaborative and continuously improving approach across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build a lead the team across RRSMR - instilling a project-management mentality at all levels - to l ead the mobilisation of the supplier delivery model

  • Develop and manage mobilisation project plans for the next 12–24 months, setting scope, milestones,objectivesand forward pathways

  • Championbestpracticemethodologies, continuousimprovementand innovation across mobilisation activity.

  • Ensure we are ready to work with suppliers — including budgets, resourcing,governanceand cultural alignment - whilst shaping commercial considerations such as incentives, risk-share, gain/painshareand performance frameworks

  • Drive proactive engagement across programme, operations, commercial and supply chain teams to deliver integrated mobilisation outcomes, operational readiness and scalable delivery processes.

What you’llbring (and your CV should show)

  • Experience leading large, complex projects or programmes within energy, infrastructure,engineeringor similarly regulated industries

  • Capability in developing mobilisation,readinessor scaling plans across complex, multi-site organisations (if you got this on a global basis, then we really ought to talk)

  • Leadership experience in matrixed environments, with the ability to coach teams, set direction and foster inclusive,highperformingcultures

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing contracting strategy,negotiationand supplier performance frameworks.

Location & Ways of Working

This role can be basedfromour Derby,Manchesteror Warrington offices, with hybrid working and regular travel to supplier and stakeholder sites across the UK.

The salary for this role is £75,437 – £93,187, dependent on the skills,experienceand values you bring. Y ou’llalso receive:
