Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using
  Flutter
  and
  native technologies
  (Android/iOS).

• 
  Own the
  end-to-end app lifecycle
  including architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and release management.

• 
  Manage
  App Store and Play Store
  publishing, ensuring compliance with Google and Apple policies.

• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• 
  Provide
  technical leadership
  and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring best practices are followed.

• 
  Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and optimize app performance.

Requirements

• 
  6+ years
  of experience in mobile application development.

• 
  Strong expertise in
  Flutter
  and
  native mobile technologies
  (Kotlin/Java for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).

• 
  Solid understanding of
  application architecture
  and
  design patterns
  .

• 
  Domain knowledge of the
  financial industry
  (banking, fintech, payments, etc.).

• 
  Proven experience in managing release cycles and publishing apps on
  App Store
  and
  Play Store
  .

• 
  Ability to work
  independently
  with ownership of tasks, while being a
  collaborative team player
  .

• 
  Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
