This is a remote position. CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading government services organization to find a Senior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer for a remote, 12-month contract. This is an engineer-level role focused on architecture and design, not day-to-day implementation. You’ll shape how mobile devices are managed and secured across iOS and Android in virtual environments, and you’ll serve as the technical authority for a government client. What You’ll Do Design and architect MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune for iOS and Android devices Engineer mobile device management solutions for virtual environments Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex MDM deployments Partner with government clients on MDM strategy and implementation planning Support user-facing technical issues and act as subject matter expert in client conversations Document technical specifications, architecture decisions, and best practices Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and virtual environment solutions Run technical assessments and deliver optimization recommendations Requirements What You Bring Must-Have: U.S. Citizen, eligible for a U.S. government security clearance 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Intune MDM for iOS and Android Demonstrated competency in MDM architecture and design Hands-on experience with virtual environments and mobile device streaming technologies Proven engineer-level work, not implementation-focused roles Commitment to a minimum 1-year engagement Nice-to-Have: Experience with Hypori or similar virtual mobile workspace solutions Experience managing mobile devices that access government networks Knowledge of mobile security frameworks and compliance requirements Experience with conditional access policies and device compliance management Familiarity with mobile application management (MAM) solutions Technical Environment: Microsoft Intune, iOS, Android Virtual mobile workspaces and device streaming Conditional access and device compliance MAM What Success Looks Like: A documented, well-reasoned MDM architecture the client trusts Complex deployment issues resolved and turned into repeatable best practices Clear recommendations on tools and optimization that the client acts on
