We are looking for a (Senior) MLOps Engineer to join our Prague hub. In this role, you will build and maintain the infrastructure that enables training, deployment, and operation of Machine Learning models across the organization.


Although you will be based in Prague, you will collaborate closely with global engineering and DevOps teams. This is a hybrid role, with more onsite presence during onboarding.

In this role, a typical day will look like

  • Build, improve, and maintain the MLOps platform supporting ML training and deployment

  • Design and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS, including services such as SageMaker, ECS/EKS, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Enable and support engineering and AI teams by providing tooling, guidance, and best practices

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to align ML and non‑ML deployment workflows

  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and observability using DevOps and infrastructure‑as‑code principles

  • Act as a point of contact for ML deployment topics across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong background in DevOps, platform, or cloud infrastructure engineering

  • Hands‑on experience with AWS (deployment, automation, and ML-related services such as SageMaker)

  • Solid software engineering skills, including:

    • Docker for containerization

    • Terraform for infrastructure‑as‑code

  • Understanding of MLOps concepts and ML deployment workflows (training, inference, monitoring)

  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable working without a predefined playbook

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and AI teams

  • Service‑oriented mindset focused on reliability, scalability, and enabling others

  • Fluent English (company working language)
