  • Establish reliable and compliant deployment standards through containerized runtimes, golden paths, and Git-based CI/CD workflows, ensuring reproducibility, traceability, rollback, and operational excellence for every model.
  • Define and monitor model health and business impact signals, including performance, drift, data quality, latency, throughput, error rates, and aligned business metrics, enabling fast root-cause analysis and incident response.
  • Act as a technical leader and platform partner, setting standards, supporting AI delivery teams, enabling deployment into APIs, applications, analytics, and embedded machinery, while continuously evolving tooling and practices to improve reliability, transparency, and speed.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software, data, or ML engineering, with 4–5+ years running ML systems in production.
  • Deep expertise in observability for ML systems, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, distributed tracing, auto‑instrumentation, and telemetry standards.
  • Proven cloud-native MLOps experience on GCP or AWS (GCP preferred), with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
  • Agentic AI Operation experience: Agent Ops, LLM Ops
  • End-to-end model operations leadership, including lifecycle tooling (MLflow/Kubeflow), drift and performance monitoring, automated rollback, and strong cross‑functional collaboration focused on reliability, transparency, and operability.

Your Benefits

  • Private pension;
  • Meal and food vouchers;
  • Pharmacy agreement and life insurance;
