The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Hospitality degree/diploma preferred
WSET Level 2 or internationally recognized beverage certification
Must be 21 years of age
Minimum 2+ years of hotel experience
Preference of 1 year experience in a 5-star environment
Strong understanding of F&B standards, service, and upselling
Familiarity with Micros, procurement systems, and cashiering processes
