What’s the opportunity?
As the Senior Mineralogist, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the mineralogy laboratory, delivering critical technical support to processing operations, mining, exploration and marketing teams. Working closely with metallurgical, laboratory and operational stakeholders, you will provide data-driven insights that support safe, efficient and optimised production outcomes. You will also play a key role in developing laboratory capability, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring a team of technical professionals.

You are an experienced mineralogist with a strong background in process mineralogy, ore characterisation and sulphide flotation operations. You combine technical expertise with strong leadership, problem-solving and project management skills, and have a passion for safety, quality and continuous improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment, you are a collaborative communicator who can translate complex technical information into practical business outcomes.
