  • Analyze RAN performance data (PM counters, KPIs) using Python (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Contribute to AI/ML-driven network analytics and feature development
  • Translate wireless network behavior into product features
  • Evaluate performance of new features in lab and live operator environments
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to implement scalable solutions
  • Create technical documentation, reports, and research insights
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to complex RF and data challenges

What We’re Looking For

Background in LTE / 5G NR / RAN / RF engineering / wireless communications

Understanding of:

  • RF propagation, interference, and network performance
  • RAN KPIs and performance management (PM counters)
  • Strong skills in Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Ability to work with large datasets and extract insights
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English

Education / Experience

  • PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or related field
  • We welcome candidates with strong academic backgrounds (e.g., PhD) even if they have limited industry experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RAN vendors (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Samsung)
  • Exposure to machine learning / AI applied to telecom or data analysis
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, InfluxDB)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, distributed systems, or microservices
