Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Entra ID & Zero Trust Specialist to join a global Digital Identity and Authentication Platforms team. The role focuses on the design, implementation, administration and security of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and identity platforms, with a strong emphasis on Zero Trust, authentication security and automation. You will work as part of a global, multicultural team and collaborate closely with technical teams, stakeholders and interface partners to deliver secure, highly available and innovative identity solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, implement and support Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments. Administer and support Entra ID Connect and hybrid identity environments. Drive the implementation of Zero Trust identity and security initiatives. Define and implement Conditional Access Policies and identity security controls. Support FIDO2 and modern authentication deployments. Manage and improve Guest Account lifecycle processes. Implement and maintain Entra ID security concepts and controls. Work with authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth and OIDC. Automate identity and infrastructure processes using Terraform, PowerShell, Azure Functions or similar technologies. Analyse and resolve complex technical issues across identity and authentication platforms. Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and automation initiatives. Collaborate with global technical teams and internal/external stakeholders. Support highly available and secure enterprise identity platforms. Contribute to the implementation of IT strategy and Zero Trust workstreams. Requirements Minimum 5 years' professional IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise IT architecture, Identity and Access Management or related technologies. Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Entra ID Entra ID Connect Active Directory Identity & Access Management Zero Trust Architecture Advanced knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML OAuth OIDC Experience implementing Entra ID security concepts. Strong experience with Conditional Access and identity security. Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience with technologies such as Terraform, PowerShell and Azure Functions. Experience working with large-scale Cloud / Hybrid environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently with a strong delivery and continuous-improvement mindset. Advantageous Experience Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments. Zero Trust security implementations. FIDO2 and passwordless authentication. Agile working environments. Enterprise-scale identity platforms. Infrastructure automation and DevOps practices. Experience working within global or multicultural technology teams. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. Equivalent relevant technical qualifications and experience will also be considered.
