Your role

As a  Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you are the bridge between business ambition and technical delivery. You shape solutions that fit clients' long-term goals by translating complex needs into intelligent, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experiences. Your influence spans stakeholder workshops to backlog ownership — directly impacting how global organizations transform their customer-facing operations.

Your project

Capgemini's  Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice delivers intelligent, human-centered solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations. You'll work in empowered Agile squads, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications — from architecture to deployment — in a culture built on feedback and continuous learning.

Your tasks

  • Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and SME/Product Owner sessions to define business and functional needs
  • Translate customer goals into future-proof solution designs in collaboration with Architects and Engineers
  • Co-create and present AI-augmented platform concepts that inspire business stakeholders and unlock new capabilities
  • Guide Product Owners in backlog structuring, writing Epics, Features, and User Stories (BDD where applicable)
  • Advise on the right balance between configuration, customization, and AI-driven automation
  • Act as a trusted advisor ensuring solutions align with the client's long-term organizational strategy

Your profile

  • Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Contact Center/Sales/Service) and Power Platform — including out-of-the-box capabilities, limitations, and licensing
  • Familiar with Copilot Studio and AI Builder as tools to enhance business processes and customer experiences
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into process designs and data models following Microsoft best practices
  • Experienced in Agile delivery — sprint planning, backlog management, and writing well-structured User Stories
  • Able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite
  • Strong client-facing skills — building lasting relationships, facilitating workshops, and navigating complex organizational dynamics
  • Analytical and adaptable, with an eye for identifying business transformation opportunities beyond the immediate scope
  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-210, MB-230)
